Microgreen Pesto

2 cups microgreens | 1/2 lemon, squeezed |
1 cup basil | 1/2 cup olive oil |
1 clove of crushed garlic | Salt and Pepper to taste |
In a blender, add the microgreens, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil into a spreadable paste
Adjust the flavors to preferred taste with salt and pepper
Can be enjoyed immediately or stored in a refrigerated container
-You can also add parmesan, or substitute kale/spinach in place of basil
