Balsamic Bruschetta


8 Roma tomatoes

1 TBS balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup chopped basil

1 TSP olive oil

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

1/4 TSP Kosher salt

2 cloves of minced garlic

1 loaf of french bread

In a small bowl toss together diced tomatoes, chopped basil, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Kosher salt, and pepper to taste. Serve on slices of toasted french bread.
